This repair kit contains 2 pieces SilNylon - Tenacious Tape® repair patches from GEAR AID.
These lightweight patches out of tear-restistant ripstop nylon are backed with a a silicone-based adhesive, which espacially is suitable for the use on silicone coated fabrics (SilNylon, SilPolynylon and Vinyl) and surfaces, which are otherwise difficult to repair (silicone only stics on silicone).
We offer them as emergency accessory for fast, tearproof and waterproof immediate measure of (burning)holes and rips outdoors with our silnylon tents.
But of course you also can perform repairs of clothing, pags, hammocks, tarps, bagpacks, sleeping bags, inflatable sleeping pads, canvas, raingear, etc....
No sewing or heat is required.
You can simply cut the patches to your desired size, remove the backing and apply them with pressure to the dry and clean damaged spot.
Afterwards the repaired spots are repaired washable and waterproof.
