Shipping & payment conditions
We accept the following payment methods:
-Prepayment via Bank Transfer (= EU-Standard Bank Transfer, 2% discount)
-Cash on delivery (Germany only, additional fee of 7,90 Euro)
-Paypal plus
When choosing the payment method "Prepayment via Bank Transfer" you will receive an email from us after completing the order process with the necessary data to make the transfer via IBAN. For this payment method we grant a discount of 2% on the value of goods. You will be able to see the discount sum during the last step of your order transaction in the order overview.
For the payment method "Cash on Delivery" we charge an additional fee of 7,90 €. Available goods will be shipped immediately, and you pay the invoice amount to the postman.
The payment method "Paypal Plus" forwards you to the payment service provider Paypal. Here you can choose between different payment methods such as payment via Paypal account, SEPA Direct debit or Credit Card payment, and you can get the Paypal Buyer Protection. Some of the Paypal Plus payment methods require prior registration.
Please notice for payment via Credit Card:
If you choose to pay via Credit Card you do not need to have/register a Paypal account, but our shop processes this payment method via Paypal nontheless. Should we refund you, e.g. because of an order change of a return of goods, Paypal reserves its right to disburse the refund up to 4 weeks time delay. We can not influence this.

We ship worldwide with
.During the ordering process you have the possibility to choose a DHL-Packstation, DHL-Filiale or a DHL-Paketshop as a delivery address.
This is also feasible in many european countries abroad.
Please take into account the maximal sizes of your storage area if ordering big sized items e.g. Poshehonka stoves or likewise. In case of doubt please contact us in advance to ask for the maximal sizes of your parcel.
For insured shipments to an address in Germany we charge the following prices:

Note for our customers from Great Britain/ United Kingdom:
Since BREXIT, Germany as an EU member state is a third party country to Great Britain.
This means that customers from Great Britain buy from in our shop at net prices with 0% German VAT.
However, when orders from us are imported into Great Britain by DHL - Parcel Force, each order will be treated as an import that has to be declared. This in turn means that the local delivery agent (Parcel Force) will charge you for British VAT, an import duty (varying amount, depending on the item ordered - for trekking tents made of synthetic chemical fibres, eg 12%) and a processing fee. Parcels will only be handed over once these costs have been paid.
We cannot change anything about this and ask you to take note of this before placing your order in our shop.
