Our Minipeak XL Winter SJ finally got snow flaps and has thus become an even better hottent - Minipeak XL PRO Winter SJ - now.

It is still a further developed and bigger Minipeak II tent with the additional possibility to operate a small suitable woodstove in.

The 120cm wide inner tent is mainly made from normal tafetta fabric instead of mesh, to reduce heat loss through airflow. The small struts in the edges enhance the length, so that, dependig on the sleeping gear, people up to 190cm will fit. The inner tent has a T-zip, so the front can be completely opened, for example to let two people sit side by side while cooking or eating. Two opposite entrances on the flysheet allow for flexible use and superior venting in hot conditions.
Like in our Minipeak II, the nest can be left in the tent when packing, as it is connected with plastic hooks.

The stove jack is attached with velcro and can be used to run a suitable stovepipe, or the opening can be closed with the included cover.
The Minipeak XL PRO comes with a stuffsac and 8pcs 190mm Y-style Alumium pegs. You get a lot of tent for the money here.

For pitching the Minipeak XL PRO we recommend the Tarp pole TP163.

As a matching woodstove we recommend either our ultralight and foldable Titanium W.STOVE.
